Broccoli Cheese Casserole

*2 tblsp. butter

*2 tblsp. flour

*1/4 tsp. salt

*1 3-oz. package cream cheese, softened

*1/4 c. blue cheese, crumbled

*1 c. milk

*1 large head broccoli, cooked, drained and chopped

*1/3 c. cracker crumbs, finely crushed (use Ritz crackers)


1.In a saucepan, melt the butter and then add the flour, salt and cheeses. Add milk all at once; cook and stir until mixture boils. Stir in chopped broccoli. Turn into a casserole dish and top with cracker crumbs.

2.Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
