*1 tblsp. Dry mustard
*1 1/2 tsp. Salt
*1/4 tsp. Pepper
*1/2 c. flour
*3 lb. round steak, cut into serving-sized pieces
*3 tblsp. oil or shortening
*1 1/2 c. onion, sliced
*2 carrots, diced
*2 tblsp. Worcestershire sauce
*2 tsp. brown sugar
*2 c. canned tomatoes, broken into small pieces
1.Mix together the mustard, salt, pepper and flour. Dredge the steak pieces in the flour mixture and then brown in a skillet with the 3 tblsp. oil or shortening.
2.Place the browned steaks in a baking dish and top the meat with the onions, carrots, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, and tomatoes.
3.Cover and bake at 325F for 1-1 1/2 hours or until everything is completely tender.
