Cheesy Breakfast Casserole

*1 package frozen Tater Tots or hash browns

*8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed

*6 eggs

*1/4 cup milk

*Salt and pepper to taste

*1/2 cup ham, cubed


1.Greese or butter 9 x 9-inch casserole dish and place a layer of Tater Tots over the bottom.

2.Layer on the Velveeta cheese

3.Whisk together eggs and milk and season with salt and pepper. Pour over Tater Tots and bake at 350F for 45 minutes.

4.Remove from oven and sprinkle ham over top; return to oven for another 15 minutes or until eggs are completely set.
