Rhubarb Salad

Ingredients

*3 cups rhubarb,

chopped

*1/2 cup sugar

*1/4 tsp. Salt

*1/3 cup water

*2 packages (3 oz.

each) strawberry

Jell-O

*1 cup celery, finely

diced

*2 1/4 cups water

*1 tblsp. lemon juice

*1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions:

1. Heat thoroughly the rhubarb, sugar, salt, and water until rhubarb is somewhat soft. Then add the rest of the ingredients and refrigerate until set.
