*Seasoning of choice
(i.e. sea salt, vegetable
*2 tblsp. olive oil (and
a little extra for baking
*3 tblsp. honey
*1 tsp. Balsamic vinegar
1. Spread baby carrots onto baking sheet with a little olive oil and seasoning and roast at 400 for about 20 minutes.
2. Remove from oven and drizzle, olive oil, honey and balsamic vinegar over carrots. Put back in oven for 5 more minutes.
