Spicy-Sweet Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

*3 Tbsp. Sugar

*1/4 tsp. cinnamon

*1/4 tsp. ginger

*Pumpkin seeds

*1/4 tsp. salt

*1/4 tsp. cumin

*1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

*1 1/2 tsp. olive or vegetable



Spread pumpkin seeds on a cookie sheet with oil. Roast at 250° for 1 hour. Combine spices and sprinkle over seeds. Store in air-tight
