Baked Hash Brown Potatoes

*1/2 cup margarine

*1 can cream of

chicken soup

*1 pt. sour cream

*2 cup shredded

cheddar cheese

*2 lb. frozen hash-

brown potatoes


Melt margarine and mix with the soup, sour cream and cheese. Combine with potatoes and pour into a 9" x 13" baking dish sprayed with non-stick vegetable spray. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour. Remove and bake 15 more minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
