*2 T. olive oil
*1 clove garlic,
*1 cup dry bread
*2/3 cup Parmesan
*1 tsp. dried basil
*1/4 tsp. ground
*6 skinless chicken
1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Lightly grease 9 x 13" baking dish.
2. In a bowl, blend the olive oil and garlic. In a separate bowl, mix the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil and pepper. Dip each breast into the oil mixture, then in the bread-crumb mixture. Arrange the coated chicken in a prepared baking dish and top with any remaining bread crumbs.
3. Bake 30 minutes, or until the chicken is no longer pink and the juices run clear.
